Gowtham Menon’s often ennobled as cult filmmaker gears up for a new-dimensional genre. Having fetched more feathers to his cap with consecutive hits, the filmmaker is now experimenting with a newfangled movie titled ‘Nadunisi Naigal’. Touted to be an unusual thriller, the complete film has been shot during night times. The film’s highlighting factor is about not having any songs or background score.

In the past, the spellbinding songs by Harris Jayaraj and A.R. Rahman have been one of the significant attributes of helping Gowtham strike his gold in box office. But this time, with an unparalleled attempt, the filmmaker wants to prove off his adeptness with this unique experiment.

The film has Sameera Reddy in lead role with Gowtham Menon’s long time associate Veera making his onscreen debut in lead role.

‘Nadunisi Naigal’ is reported of being inspired from real life incidents involving the serial murders of girls working in call centres on their way back to home during midnights.On the pars, there are few buzzes rounding upon airs that Gowtham Menon has picked the concept from Hollywood’s ‘Border Town’.

Manoj Paramahamsa, who shot to fame with his stupendous cinematography in ‘Eeram’ and ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’, handles camera works for this movie as well. About this new venture of fixing lens during night time, Manoj utters that it has been a comfortable experience as shooting in night has lots of advantages.

The film’s duration is just 90mins and Gowtham Menon has made this film for multiplex audiences as it carries all elements that would gratify their interests.The film’s shooting has been completed and producers are planning to release the film by end of September.
