Following the grand success of `Paruthiveeran`, `Aayirathil Oruvan` and `Paiyaa`, actor Karthi is all set for the release of `Naan Mahaan Alla`. Obviously, the grand success of all his previous three movies has raised more expectations amongst the audiences.

The film holds much special mention for its stunning team itself. Director Susindran, who shot to fame with his debut directorial `Vennila Kabadi Kulu` that won incredible laurels across the globe has wielded megaphone for this movie. According to director Susindran, the film is about an ordinary youngster, whose life is turned upside down with unexpected twists in the tale. Unlike Karthi`s previous film `Paiyaa`, the film doesn`t boast of larger-than-life stunts. As a matter of fact, there are no fight sequences in this film until climax.

Kajal Agarwal stars opposite Karthi in female lead role and their onscreen chemistry has already become talk of the town. Jayaprakash of `Pasanga` fame plays the role of Karthi`s father and Priya (enacted the role of Anushka`s sister in `Singam`) takes on sister role here too.

Bhaskar Sakthi, who penned dialogues for Vennila Kabadi Kulu has handled the same task over here as well while Mathi of `Paiyaa` fame handled cinematography. Kasi Viswanathan has taken care of editing while Susindran assures that it will be a turning point for actor stunt choreographer Anal Arasu.

Karthi together with Yuvan Shankar has come across a streak of success with `Paruthiveeran` and `Paiyaa`. Of course, the songs of `Naan Mahaan Alla` have already topped the charts of audio markets.

Producer K.E. Gnyanavel Raja has been acclaimed as one of the youngest film producer in Tamil film industry. His journey as a producer commenced with Suriya-Jyothika starrer `Sillunnu Oru Kadhal` and his successful endeavor has been continuing with `Paruthiveeran`, Telugu version of `Aayirathil Oruvan` titled `Yuganiki Okkadu` and recent blockbuster `Singam`. The film is scheduled to hit screens this Friday (August 20).
