Considering this, the arrival of PVR on the Chennai movie theatre scene is a boon to us. PVR made its debut in Chennai at Chennai’s Sky Walk Mall on April 8th.

The 7 screen multiplex at PVR will have a seating capacity of 1794 seats and promises to provide an excellent digital movie experience. PVR Cinemas in Chennai boasts of comfortable seating, world class ambience and service. The digital screens are packaged to deliver ultimate movie magic to the cinegoers of Chennai. The theatres are equipped with E Cinema projectors from Real Image and state of the art sound system for real life sound effects. Tickets will be priced at Rs. 120 each.

They pioneered the multiplex revolution in India by establishing the first multiplex cinema in 1997 and the largest 11-screen multiplex cinema in the country in 2004.
