Buharis always stood as a prominent landmark on the food map of Chennai. They have also graduated to serving North Indian, Afghani and Chinese fare to diners. Try the spicy Chettinad chicken or opt for Taiwanese prawns. The parathas are still flaky, crisp and hot and the samosas are crisp, as they always were. The food and service remain the same, but the ambience has changed, thanks to spanking new interiors and the restaurant is spick and span, unlike its ancestor.
