This is how the evening has been designed – our new production (our 15th
play in our repertoire) constitutes an ‘interesting’ evening – fun
nevertheless, but with certainly more than just that. It’s a new production
from evam after more than a year, and it’s an exciting time for us – the same
eagerness to showcase it and share it with our audiences, with an anxiety
bubbling under of having hit the right notes and making sense of the music.
DT&Q is a roller coaster ride of laughs, loves, lives and life not strictly
in that order! It is an evening presented by six actors and not just a play
performed. The audience will meet all kinds of people: a newly married couple,
an enterprising tramp, a gifted dad and even a Mexican stand-off. There is song
and dance, there is drama and action and there will be laughs and giggles and
smiles and even moist eyes. So come down to DT&Q and see if you can find a
little bit of yourself in our dramatic symphony! :)
This evening is diverse but with synergy and a single focus- you. It tries to
capture Life’s moments in all shapes and sizes, a palate of varied colours and
shades, an array of music compositions and inspired notes, a laugh, guffaw,
giggle, roar or a simple grin and smile. An evening which has been carefully
designed keeping in mind “YOU- the audience” and brings together a host of
storytellers and life’s moments, together.
